Irene Salemink has been appointed as Director of the Business Register Department at Statistics Netherlands since 2012. After her master’s degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Biochemistry, she changed career and started in 2000 at Statistics Netherlands (SN). Her department works closely with the Chamber of Commerce and the Dutch Central Bank. Momentarily her biggest challenge lies in managing the design, development and implementation of a Logical Data Warehouse solution as part of the new SN Data strategy.

Sam Wouters is a Blockchain Consultant. He has been learning everything about them for the past 4 years and has advised organisations across several industries on them. Sam works at Duval Union Consulting, where he helps organisations understand the impact of digital and transform their business. He helped write the Digital Transformation Book, sold in over 60 countries.

After his studies in Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence, drs. ing. Cor Baars has always remained active in the IT field, predominantly in the area of Enterprise Architecture. As co-founder of CIBIT Academy, he has been responsible for the academy’s Master of Science studies for more than 25 years. Furthermore, he has been involved in many different projects at more than 40 organisations as an advisor and Enterprise IT Architect.

Janani heads up the audience platform data teams, that manage the petabyte scale data warehouse and data lake, and deliver data products and services supporting personalisation, insights and innovation. She also manages the data governance and operational privacy teams, who promote and embed data management best practices, ensuring reliable and compliant data is made available for all digital products. Apart from managing and delivering these products and services, part of her role is also to explore innovative ways of applying technology and practical uses of the petabyte scale data repository for wider benefit across the BBC. Prior to the BBC, Janani has worked across multiple verticals assisting businesses with their unique, industry specific data requirements including digital transformation, master data management, data quality and data governance. She also regularly speaks at seminars, and authors blogs & white papers.

Mark worked as head of marketing at Borland in Amsterdam before he moved to Silicon Valley in 1993. In the United States he led the marketing activities of companies such as Borland, Red Hat, Zend Technologies, Sonatype, CFEngine, Saucelabs and Splice Machine. He is an authority and frequent speaker on software development tools, databases, open source and marketing automation.

Donald Farmer, principal of TreeHive Strategy, is an internationally-known advisor to analytics vendors, investors and enterprises. His career has ranged from fish-farming and archeology, to leading product teams at Microsoft and Qlik. Donald specializes in helping his clients to develop advanced strategies for analytics, innovation and design, especially taking advantage of new technologies and techniques.

Gert Vonck is momenteel werkzaam als zelfstandig business consultant, maar is beter bekend als de oprichter van Appfie.com. Appfie is een start-up gericht op de invoering en het gebruik van Low Code platformen binnen ondernemingen, en specifiek voor Microsoft PowerApps en Flow.
